Applicator & Texture:

Directions for Use:
1.    Twist the base of the pen until the serum reaches the applicator.
2.    Apply to clean and dry brows and along the base of the lashes.
3.    Gently spread without pressure until fully absorbed.
Use daily – preferably in the evening on cleansed skin.
When used with makeup, apply before decorative products.
